Discrimination Cases

Discrimination in the United States has existed since the country first formed. The pilgrims discriminated on the Indians, before there was a word to describe their actions. Whites discriminated against blacks since this country has inhabited both at the same time. Many people still feel that discrimination still exists, they are probably right. However, the shift from blacks has moved to Indians, or people of Arabic decent. This of course is due to the events of nine eleven in the United States, however it is wrong. The United States even has a history of discrimination against women, and that’s of any race. Although there are laws that prohibit discrimination against anyone based on race, religion, sex, origin, or even disability, discrimination cases still are prevalent in American society. It is almost like when telling a child not to do something, but the do it anyway just to go against the grain. A race discrimination case focuses on a particular party using ones color or ethnicity to discriminate against them.
